The accomodation is in Aroche, in the region of the "SIERRA DE ARACENA AND PICOS DE AROCHE", in the province of Huelva. The beautiful natural environment that surrounds the houses of LA PORTILLA is a great place place for hiking, horseriding and other many activities related to rural tourism. Also, being situated near to the village of Aroche allows us to discover its magnificent historical patrimony for example the Renaissance church of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, the Roman amphitheatre, the Castle or the Museum Santo Rosario the only one in the world.
The four rural houses are of recent construction, but maintain the distinct character of the popular architecture of this zone. Located in a nice zone surrounded by cork oaks, olive trees and oaks trees, they are totally equipped down to the last detail.
The houses of LA PORTILLA can accommodate up to 22 people. In the largest the capacity is 8 and in the smaller ones 6, 5 and 3 respectively.
Each house has a fireplace, television, kitchen, heating, air conditioning, garden-terrace, bbq, swimming pool, car park, firewood, washer, blankets, sheets and towels.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable; terracotta tiled floors,slate, wooden roofs and rustic furniture complete the decoration of each house.
